WHAT CAN PATIENT EXPECT AT THE APPOINTMENT
Our Physiotherapy rooms are located within the medical centers. When you arrive at the Centre, our friendly staff will greet you and seat you in the waiting room. You will be expected to complete the information and consent form. We will examine you as promptly as possible. We make every attempt to see you at your appointed time. If we are rarely running late due to unanticipated problems we will keep you informed of any delays.
NEW PATIENTS
You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another GP or specialist or by Medical Insurance.
We will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. A thorough examination will then follow.
If you have previous examinations and tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.
We will discuss with you the results of your examinations and we will recommend the appropriate treatment. Some conditions may be managed immediately. In case you need any other intervention like ultrasound, laser, taping, or dry needling etc, we will discuss with you, inform you of any additional charges and then plan your treatment accordingly.
If follow-up consultations are required, we will indicate this and the staff will let you know the date and time of your next appointment.
