Standard Consultation:
Standard consultations occur in clinic rooms. Patients are expected to arrive on time for treatment.
There will be additional charges for any equipments provided as part of treatment.
Enhanced Primary Care Plan [EPC]:
Patient who are suffering from chronic conditions may be eligible to receive subsidised cost on limited physiotherapy treatment [5 visits each 12 months] partially funded by medicare. Patients must bring with them the GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement to claim the rebate. Gap Payment is requested at the time of consultation. Bulk billing is not available.
Private Health Insurance:
If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim back some of the fees from your insurance provider. Full fee is payable at the time of consultation We are also an NDIS accredited provider. Please speak directly with the physiotherapist recharges. NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): We are NDIS registered to provide Physiotherapy services. We apply the standard NDIS rates for treatment sessions. We offer appointments in rooms or at home. The services are individualised as per your treatment goals. Home Care Package (My Aged Care): We provide Physiotherapy services customised to your goals, based on the level of home care package that you have.
Home Visits:
We provide Home Visits in Northwest and Western Sydney- Hills District, Blacktown and Parramatta Council areas. We will advise you of our home visit policy.
